Hi, I’m Aliya. I am a professional coach and recently applied for the ACC Certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I completed my training at Adler Graduate Professional School and am currently actively coaching clients in the area of career transition, leadership, and personal growth through my own coaching practice. I have over 15 years of experience in tech and financial services, and I have lived and worked across the globe, leading teams in large and small organizations.

I had so many questions when I started my coaching career in July 2019. I wanted to share my experiences with new coaches and those considering getting into coaching. What I’m sharing are my experiences and things that I’ve tried. As we know as coaches, everyone is wonderfully unique. I will be open and honest about the challenges and opportunities I’ve encountered … it’s not always easy, but I’m loving the journey.
